GWC Virtual Meeting Information

  1. Zoom Login/Password: You can access the virtual session at: https://zoom.us/signin or from the GWC Meeting Announcement or the GWC Event Webpage Above.
  2. From Zoom Webpage: Click on Join A Meeting with the meeting credentials.
  3. Internet Browser: Chrome is recommended to run the virtual classroom.
  4. Headphones/Headset: It is easier to hear the individual speaking if you can wear headphones or a headset. Initially Mute your microphone.
  5. Background Noise: Please be aware of the background noise when we are unmuted.
  6. Announce Your Name: Before speaking, please announce your name so the group knows who is speaking.
  7. Feedback: After the event, please share any feedback on how to improve the process for the next time with the President and/or Webmaster
